Kodomo no Hi Japan Festival

Supporters

Kodomo no Hi Japan Festival is one of the largest volunteer-run events in Australia. This community event would not be possible without the support of various businesses and organisations. We’d like to acknowledge the following for their support of the 2025 Kodomo no Hi Japan Festival.

Government of South Australia

Kodomo no Hi Japan Festival is supported by a grant from the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC). The DPC administers multicultural grant programs that contribute to the diverse communities in South Australia through festivals, events and other projects.

City of Unley

Kodomo no Hi Japan Festival has been held in South Australia for 30 years. From our humble beginnings at Immanuel College to our current move to the City of Unley, the ongoing support of local councils has allowed our community event to continually grow and thrive.

2025 marks the first time the festival will be held in the City of Unley, bringing new opportunities to celebrate and share Japanese culture with the broader community.
